  • For your first pickup simply place your order in a 13 gallon (kitchen sized) trash bag. BE SURE to label your name on the outside of the bag to ensure that your order doesn’t get confused with another customer’s. We will return your order in a fresh plastic bag. On Demand customers may request a reusable WishWash Bag for $10/bag at any time. CLICK HERE to request a bag or give us a shout before your next order!

  • All of our orders are machine washed with an unscented hypo allergenic detergent and machine dried with unscented dryer sheets. We find our detergent and stain treating techniques work so well that bleach is not needed. If you are concerned about disinfecting your items or particular stains please separate them and make note of your concerns either in the special instructions portion at checkout or Email us at least 24 hours prior to pickup. At this time we cannot accept personal laundry soaps or additives.

  • Our routes change daily as new customers start service so it’s very hard to predict exactly when we’ll arrive. To ensure pickup please have your order out by no later than 8:00 am. As much as we’d love to be able to swing back by, to be timely for all our customers, it’s not always possible. Most orders are picked up between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. If you accidentally miss a pickup simply reschedule ONLINE.

  • Visualizing what 10lbs versus 50lbs looks like definitely takes a trained eye. Our best advice to get an estimate of your total cost is to simply use a home scale. All you need to do is weigh yourself with and without your order. Most of our customers find that after a service or two they get a good feel for what they are sending in. Our black WishWash bags hold up to 30lbs for reference.

  • Not at all! The only items we ask that you have separated are Hang Dry and any items you’d like some extra care on. Just ask for our handy dandy bags to keep it all organized!

  • Absolutely! Towels, Sheet Sets and Blankets smaller than (50”x60”) are included in our per pound and subscription rates. See our Additional Pricing page for other commonly laundered items.

  • Yes we can! A perk for our Monthly subscription members only. We will machine wash and hang dry items placed in our reusable Hang Dry Bags. Please note your entire order will be machine washed and machine dried unless items you specifically would like Hung Dry are separated into our reusable bags. Hang Dry items will be returned on hangers. We are not responsible for any damage or shrinking that may result. Need a bag? CLICK HERE to request one in your next order!

  • We can absolutely help you with your Dry Cleaning needs as well. Simply request a Dry Cleaning bag or place in a separate labeled bag. Dry Cleaned items are priced per piece and in most cases will be returned with your Wash & Fold order.

  • Yes, these include items that have been contaminated with:

    Bodily fluids from a human or pet

    Excessive pet hair

    Moisture if the item is still wet or damp not due to mechanical issues with a home machine

    Mildew

    Household Pests (Bedbugs, Cock Roaches, Fleas or Ticks)

    Poison ivy or poison oak oils

    Hazardous chemical residue

    Bedding exposed to COVID

    Orders containing these items will be returned un-laundered to the customer.

  • We all know mother nature throws us a curve ball now and again. On rainy/snowy days we take extra care to double bag your order. If you don’t have a covered front stoop or may not be home when we deliver your order we can always deliver your order in your garage or back porch. As long as you let us know by Noon on your delivery day we can add your request to our driver’s manifest. Utilize our text line or call.
