Subscription FAQ’s

 
  • If you’re new around here and/or don’t have a reoccurring pickup already setup you’ll need to get on the schedule. Simply LogIn and schedule a pickup. Be sure to select the frequency based on your subscription level. Then CLICK HERE for a detailed look at our process and what to expect. If you’ve been using our service, congrats you’re basically a pro at this already!

  • For your first pickup simply place your order in 13 gallon (kitchen sized) trash bags. BE SURE to label your name on the outside of the bag to ensure that your order doesn’t get confused with another customer’s. We will return your order in fresh reusable WishWash Bag(s). Concerned you may be sending in too much or not enough? In general most 13 gal trashbags can hold approx 15lbs. Once you get your bag(s) you’ll get a good feel for what you are sending in.   • Machine wash and dryable clothing. As well as Towels, Sheet Sets and Blankets smaller than (50”x60”). Subscription customers may also send in Hang Dry items placed in our Gray Hang Dry bag.

  • We can absolutely help you with your Dry Cleaning needs as well. Simply request a Dry Cleaning bag or place in a separate labeled bag. Dry Cleaned items are priced per piece and in most cases will be returned with your Wash & Fold order.

  • You will receive a detailed receipt which will list the exact poundage we received with every order. Once you have used up your pre paid poundage for the month any overages that will be charged at $2.35/lb with the exception of Dry Clean Only Items, Comforters, Duvets, Duvet Covers, Blankets Larger than 50x60”, rugs larger than 24x36”, table cloths and shoes. If you want to send in something not on this list just give us a shout and we’ll let you know!

  • Unfortunately no. However, if you are planning a trip and will be missing a pickup simply send in double for your next service. Every order is weighed and subtracted from your prepaid poundage limit. No one should ever be punished for taking a vacation!

  • Although we’ll be sad to see you go. Simply log in to your account and opt out of your subscription. Please note that subscriptions are for the full month. You may opt out at any time during your subscription. However, if you opt out before your month is up and choose not to use your remaining pickups you forfeit your remaining subscription and will not be given a prorated refund.
