Wondering where our driver is? Here are some situations our customers find themselves in from time to time.
Where is our driver?
Did you have your order out by 8:00am and receive an email confirming your order?
If you answered yes to both you have nothing to worry about then! Although our pickup window says 7:30am to Noon our routes change daily and sometimes we simply have a very full route and need extra time. If you did not opt out of our text line you should receive a text when our driver is on his way and after your order has been picked up. We’ll be in touch if there’s a problem we promise!
Do I need to be home when you pickup my order?
Not at all. We will pickup your order from your door step unless otherwise specified. If you are concerned about the safety of your order we suggest that you make arrangements to be home within our pickup window (7:30am to Noon).
Many of our customers opt to have their order picked up and delivered in their garage or on a back stoop. Send a request to alter your driver notes HERE
These notes will stay on your account to be followed for every subsequent order.
HELP, I THINK I MISSED YOU!
Life happens! First check your account to see if your order is still pending for today. If you still see an order for today CONGRATS you didn’t miss us after all!! Now get that order outside!!!
We definitely missed our pickup, what now?
If our driver arrives and does not see an order available your order will be marked skipped in our system and move on to the next customer on our route. In order to be timely for all our customers as well as follow state and local safety laws our drivers are not allowed to text and drive. Therefore once your order is marked skipped they will not be able to come back for your order. Customers are welcome to reschedule a pickup to another day by either signing into your account or contacting the store directly @ 913.353.4546.
