Schedule Your Pickup
Schedule Online or thru our handy WishWash App.
Select your service type and even add notes for our drivers!
Then choose your preferred pickup and delivery date!
Get your order ready.
DO:
Separate Dry Cleaning, Hang Dry & Special Care Items in labeled bags or use our handy Blue Dry Clean or Gray Hang Dry bags!
Check Pockets. Sharp objects, markers, wedding rings etc aren’t very nice to your clothes.
Note any items that have a stain you’d like us to work on for you

Treating Stains
First order and no official bag? No worries! Kitchen sized bags (13 gallon) work great. Do us a favor and make sure you label your name on the outside though please!.
Set it out!
On your scheduled pickup date simply fill up your bag(s) and set your order out by 8:00am to ensure pickup.
Expect your order to be picked up between 8:00am and 4:00pm.
You Wish & We Wash
Once your order hits our doorstep our team of experts gets right to work!
Your order is sorted, stain treated and machine washed according to it’s specific care instructions.
Finished just right
Items are then machine or hung dried*, finished according to your service selection, sorted and bagged by family member.
Your entire order is wrapped up in a clean plastic bag.
*hang dry items are charged at $1/piece and must be placed in the gray hang dry bag
Back to you!
Expect to have your perfectly clean and organized order back on your doorstep between Noon and 7:30PM on your specified delivery date.
From time to time we need to keep your order an extra day or so but we’ll be in touch if that’s the case. Orders we commonly need extra time with are items like comforters, large Hang Dry orders, and some Dry Cleaning items.
